Coliving Siargao is a community-driven coliving experience built around Nomads In Paradise (NIP) festival on the beautiful island of Siargao. While the NIP festival gathers more than 100 digital nomads from around the world each year, Coliving Siargao offers a more personal and immersive experience, serving as a shared home base where participants can live, work, connect, and fully embrace island life together.

The atmosphere is relaxed, social, and community-focused, creating plenty of opportunities for meaningful connections beyond the main festival program. Guests can also join optional experiences such as surf lessons, island hopping adventures, and other local activities that make the stay even more memorable.

With guidance and support from the Baybayin community managers, settling into the community and island lifestyle feels smooth and effortless.

Registration

• $100 USD deposit is required to secure a spot.
• 12-day coliving(Option A): $320
• 17-day coliving + activities(Option B): $590 incl. Nomads In Paradise ticket

Shared Dorm Room (6-10 people) – enjoy a comfortable space shared with 6–10 people, complete with air conditioning, privacy curtains, private lockers, bedside lights, and personal sockets.

Private Room(optional) – is ideal for solo travelers or two participants joining together, featuring air conditioning, a wardrobe, work desk, and ensuite bathroom.

Included Option A (Oct.15-26)

• Participants enjoy 9 nights of accommodation in a comfortable shared dorm equipped with air conditioning, privacy curtains, and private lockers.
• Siargao Village Tour on Day 1
• Nomads In Paradise Silver Ticket with access to keynotes, workshops, and networking events, plus wellness
• Group surf lesson for an hour (via NIP)
• Yoga session in a Group (via NIP)

Included Option B (Oct.15-31)

• Option B includes everything from Option A
• 5 additional nights of accommodation from October 26–31 for a more immersive Siargao experience.
• Participants also enjoy an Island Tri-Hopping Day with a group lunch
• An additional 2 surf sessions with an instructor
• A dedicated wellness day featuring yoga and an ice bath session.
• A Full-Day North Siargao tour

• Flights, transportation to Siargao, and airport transfers
