Bansko Nomad Fest, the largest digital nomad gathering, is set to return from June 22–29, 2025, in the picturesque town of Bansko, Bulgaria. 

Following its record-breaking success in 2024, which drew over 800 participants, the 2025 event promises an even more vibrant celebration of the location-independent lifestyle.

Ticket Prices

• Standard Ticket: €255 (Early Bird Price until Dec 31)
  Provides full access to the festival’s core events, including morning wellness sessions, inspiring keynotes, unconference sessions, and evening activities in the park. 

• Silver Package: €325 (Early Bird Price until Dec 31)
  Includes all core events plus popular premium activities such as pool parties, a networking dinner, and bonfire night, bundled into one convenient ticket. 

• Gold Package: €1200 (Early Bird Price until Dec 31)
  Offers everything in the Silver Package, along with 7 days of accommodation at the 4-star Sheraton Hotel, allowing participants to fully immerse themselves in the festival atmosphere. 

• Gold Plus Package: €1500 (Early Bird Price until Dec 31)
  Extends the Gold Package to a 10-day stay at the Sheraton Hotel, including tickets to the 2-day Nomad Leaders Forum, offering additional opportunities for connection and exploration.

What’s Included in the Bansko Nomad Fest Ticket:

• Conference Program: Access to over 50 speakers, 100 un-conference sessions, park stage entertainment, business networking, and creative park corners for games and activities.

• Activities and Entertainment: Enjoy volleyball, soccer, dance, hiking, yoga, Muay Thai, meditation, fitness sessions, cold-plunges, and social events like speed dating and scavenger hunts.

What’s Not Included in the Ticket Price:

• Optional Activities: These activities are available as add-ons through the event app. Options include hot springs pool parties, quad biking, horse riding, wine tours, craft beer tasting, rafting, and monastery tours.

• Accommodation (unless you purchase a Gold ticket): The ticket does not include accommodation. However, Bansko offers plenty of affordable options during the summer, outside the peak winter season.

• Food and Drinks: Food and drinks are not included in the ticket price. Special deals and themed networking lunches and dinners are organized and can be booked through the app.
